International Mobility

Students from outside Chile who would like to spend part of their degree at the Facultad de la Comunicación e Imagen may be able to do so by applying to the Student Mobility Program.

The purpose of the Student Mobility Program is to offer the opportunity to international university students to undertake undergraduate or graduate studies at Universidad de Chile, for one semester or one academic year.

The Student Mobility Program is managed by the central International Relations Office of the Universidad de Chile.

In this program, International visiting students share courses with regular students at Universidad de Chile, for one semester or one academic year, according to their previous university experience and Spanish proficiency. All courses are given in Spanish.

You will need a letter of support from your home university, according to the specific student exchange agreements. For independent students, applying without a specific agreement among universities/faculties, you must submit a recommendation letter from your home institution.

In any case, you will need the following documents:

• Transcript, including courses taken and grades earned.
• Letter of Support from your home university.
• Photocopy of identification page from your valid passport.
• Certificate attesting the domain of Spanish
